All abstracts must be submitted as an e-mail attachment to hozak@biomed.cas.cz or by classical mail on a diskette, CD-ROM, etc. (saved both as a Word document AND rtf file, named after the presenting author).

Please indicate if you prefer oral/poster presentation in your abstract form. Oral presentations will be selected by session chairs based on submitted abstracts. The authors will be informed about the decision by 23 July, 2004.

Please note:
Abstracts will not be considered unless the signed registration form has been received by mail or by fax by the conference office. Abstract will not be published in the Proceedings unless the registration fee has been paid.
